Driving Neuroplasticity and Recovery
Founded in 2015 by Dr. Michelle Ploughman, the Recovery and Performance Laboratory is located in the L.A. Miller Centre in St. John's, NL. Our multidisciplinary research team focuses on neurorehabilitation in stroke and multiple sclerosis. We study how the nervous system changes with disease progression and in response to various treatments, with the aim of optimizing rehabilitation techniques and programs.
